Customers of Jennings Mazda are being kept up-to-speed with vehicle maintenance and service history, thanks to a new smartphone application.
The MyMazda App is available to customers free of charge. Linked to Mazda’s Digital Service Records (DSR) – which records all service events for Mazda vehicles on a central database – My Mazda App allows customers of Jennings Mazda’s Cargo Fleet Lane dealership in Middlesbrough to review their service history, automatically receive service reminders, request roadside assistance, check and edit their personal and vehicle details, as well as find their nearest Mazda dealership.
James Chorlton, franchise manager at Jennings Mazda in Middlesbrough, said; “The MyMazda App is an easy process for customers to register and extremely simple to use. Customers can take advantage of key facts and information being available about their vehicle at the simple touch of a button.”
A customer’s full service history will appear on My Mazda which will also take into account the user’s driving patterns and remind them when to book their next scheduled service.
James added; “The App will also allow customers to request roadside assistance.”
